Terms & conditions
Last updated: 5 August 2026 · Applies to chinachallo.com and the ChinaChallo client dashboard
These terms are an agreement between you and ChinaChallo, a Pakistan-based sourcing bureau and delegation operator, part of the eCommerceWala group. They cover your use of chinachallo.com, the client dashboard, and the services we offer through them — Canton Fair delegations, China group and business travel, sourcing support, and China visa documentation assistance.
By browsing the site, creating an account, or submitting an application, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Three things worth reading twice
1. We prepare and support visa applications — we do not issue visas. Only the Chinese Embassy or Consulate decides, and a refusal is not a failure of our service.
2. Submitting an application does not reserve a seat. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and the deposit is received.
3. Documents you give us must be genuine. Submitting forged or false paperwork ends the engagement immediately, without refund.
1. Definitions
- “Services” — delegation and group travel arrangements, itinerary and factory visit planning, sourcing and interpretation support, and visa documentation assistance.
- “Booking” — a place on a delegation or trip that we have confirmed to you in writing.
- “Booking confirmation” — the invoice, package sheet, or written confirmation we issue, which sets out the price, inclusions, dates, deposit, and payment schedule for your trip.
Where anything in a booking confirmation or a separately signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the booking confirmation or signed agreement takes precedence for that trip.
2. Who can use our services
- You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract.
- The information you give us must be true, complete, and current. Visa outcomes depend on it, and we rely on it entirely.
- Where you apply on behalf of a company or another traveller, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to share their information with us.
3. Accounts
- You may create a dashboard account with an email and password, or sign in with Google. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Do not share logins or let anyone else submit under your identity.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to submit false documents, or to abuse the platform.
4. Applications, seats, and confirmation
Delegations run with limited seats. Submitting an application, uploading documents, or booking a strategy call does not guarantee a place. We review each application, and a seat is held only once we issue a booking confirmation and receive the deposit stated on it. Until then, dates, prices, and inclusions shown on the site or discussed on a call are indicative.
5. Visa documentation support
- ChinaChallo is a private company. We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, or official visa application centre, and we are not an agent of any of them.
- Our role is to advise on the correct visa category, prepare and check your file, and help you submit it. The decision to grant, refuse, delay, or shorten a visa rests entirely with the Chinese authorities.
- Consular fees, visa centre service charges, courier, attestation, and MoFA or apostille costs are payable by you and are generally non-refundable once incurred, whatever the outcome.
- Processing times are estimates published by the authorities and can change without notice. We cannot commit to a decision date.
- Our service fee covers the work we do on your file. It remains payable if a visa is refused, because the work has been performed.
6. Your documents
- You warrant that every document you upload or hand over is genuine, unaltered, and lawfully yours to submit.
- Forged, doctored, or misleading documents — fake bank statements, invented employment letters, borrowed invitations — will end your engagement immediately, with no refund of fees paid. We may also report the matter where we are legally required to.
- You are responsible for the validity of your passport (generally at least six months beyond travel) and for supplying documents in time for the deadlines we give you. Delays caused by late or incorrect documents are not our responsibility.
- We handle your documents as described in our privacy policy.
7. Prices, deposits, and payment
- Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
- A booking deposit is required to confirm a seat. The amount, due date, and balance schedule are stated on your booking confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable except as set out in section 8, because they are committed to group bookings on your behalf.
- The balance must be cleared by the date on your invoice. Unpaid balances allow us to release your seat and treat the booking as cancelled by you.
- Payments recorded through the dashboard reflect what we have received and reconciled. If you upload a payment proof, please allow time for verification.
- Bank charges, currency conversion differences, and third-party gateway fees are yours. Taxes and duties are added where applicable by law.
- Add-ons, upgrades, and extra nights are charged separately as agreed.
8. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
- If you cancel: the cancellation charges on your booking confirmation apply. They rise as the departure date approaches, because hotels, transport, and event registrations are booked ahead and are themselves non-refundable.
- Amounts already paid to third parties — consular and visa centre fees, airline tickets, event badges, confirmed hotel nights — can only be refunded to the extent those third parties refund us.
- Visa refusal: government and centre fees are not refundable, and our service fee for work already performed is not refundable. Where a refusal makes travel impossible, we will refund the recoverable portion of the trip cost, and where practical will offer to move you to a later delegation instead.
- If we cancel or reschedule a delegation for reasons within our control, you may move to another departure or receive a refund of amounts paid to us for that trip, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred for you.
- Substitutions: subject to visa and airline rules, you may ask to transfer your place to a colleague. Any resulting third-party charges are payable by you.
- Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method, ordinarily within 30 days.
9. During the trip
- You must comply with the laws of Pakistan and China, the terms of your visa, and the rules of venues, hotels, and factories we visit. Overstaying a visa or absconding from a delegation is a serious breach of these terms and of the trust the group travels on.
- Follow the group programme and the reasonable instructions of our coordinators. We may remove a participant whose conduct endangers, harasses, or seriously disrupts others, at your cost and without refund.
- Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for some itineraries. Any medical, evacuation, or repatriation costs are yours.
- You are responsible for your passport, valuables, and personal belongings, and for any damage you cause to third-party property.
- Itineraries can change. Factory visits, meetings, and site tours depend on host availability and may be substituted with comparable alternatives.
10. Sourcing and business outcomes
We introduce, translate, verify, and advise — we do not guarantee commercial results. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, and quality standards are matters between you and the supplier you choose. Contracts you sign, payments you send, and shipments you order are your own commercial decisions, and any recommendation we make is guidance, not a warranty of a supplier's performance.
11. Using the website and dashboard
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, probe our security, scrape the site at scale, upload malware, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not impersonate anyone or submit another person's documents without their authority.
- Text, design, photography, logos, guides, and itineraries on this site belong to ChinaChallo or our licensors. You may read and share links freely; republishing or commercial reuse needs our written permission.
- Reviews, testimonials, and content you post must be your own and truthful. You grant us a licence to display it in connection with our services.
- Guides on this site — visa fees, document checklists, fair dates — are general information, published in good faith and subject to change by the authorities. Always confirm current requirements with us or the consulate before acting.
12. Third-party services
The site links to and integrates third-party services — WhatsApp, scheduling tools, payment channels, airlines, hotels, and partner companies. Their own terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties, though we will help you deal with them where we reasonably can.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including changes in visa or border policy, embassy closures, flight cancellations, epidemics, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or government action. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and to recover what can be recovered on your behalf.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss arising from a visa decision, a supplier's conduct, or a third party's failure; and our total liability in connection with a trip is limited to the amount you paid us for that trip. For use of the website alone, where no booking exists, our aggregate liability is limited to PKR 5,000.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ChinaChallo against claims, penalties, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, from documents or information you supplied that were false, or from your conduct during a delegation — including any consequence of overstaying or violating the conditions of a visa we helped you obtain.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the dashboard, or withdraw from an engagement, if you breach these terms, if payment is not made, if documents prove false, or if continuing would put us in breach of law. Where we withdraw for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the recoverable balance of amounts paid to us.
17. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell your coordinator at the time — most issues are fixable on the spot. If it is not resolved, email hello@chinachallo.com with your application reference within 30 days of the trip, and we will respond in writing.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to a different venue agreed in a separately signed trip contract. We will always try to settle a dispute amicably first.
19. General
- If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the clause is read down to what is enforceable.
- A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign your booking without our consent. We may assign these terms to a successor within the eCommerceWala group.
- We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a booking already confirmed.
